Before Centrus Health, Jill was chief executive officer of the Kansas City Metropolitan Physician Association, LLC, a large association for independent physicians in the Kansas City area that blazed the trail of payment transformation from volume to value. KCMPA formed Kansas City’s first Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO in 2013. KCMPA built an infrastructure to support population health management with care management, clinical pharmacists, certified diabetes education, clinical data exchange and aggregation, data analytics and quality improvement. KCMPA-ACO saved $8.4 million in Medicare expenses in 2016.
Jill’s experience is in health care policy, understanding best practices in medical care, and identifying barriers that keep physicians from achieving them. Prior to KCMPA, Jill was executive director of the Metropolitan Medical Society of Greater Kansas City, a large multi-specialty professional association for physicians in the Kansas City area. Jill began her career in Washington, DC in public policy for the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, and the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hofstra University in New York and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Kansas City native, a wife, and mother of three children.
